Leah Jane Barnwell, CRPC^®

As Strategic Initiatives Manager, Leah Jane works across the firm to align initiatives and engagements with the firm’s strategic vision to drive organizational growth and transformation. She works to ensure that leadership’s long-term vision is supported, whether through project execution or relevant partnerships.

She joined Trust Company’s Raleigh office as a Client Services Officer in 2017 and continues to leverage years of experience in wealth advisory and client relations to support her efforts in process and procedural design and improvement. She carries the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and began her wealth management career at UBS Financial Services.

A native of Charlotte, Leah Jane moved to the Raleigh area to attend NC State University where she received a degree in Communication. Leah Jane lives in Raleigh with her husband, daughter and three dogs. They enjoy cooking, gardening, and volunteering with a local dog rescue in their free time.
