Monika Pearson

Monika Pearson serves as the Administrative Manager for the Charlotte office and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, supporting the Wealth Advisors and Tax Director, and event planning.

Monika Pearson is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and a graduate of Pfeiffer University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  She received her Paralegal Certificate in January 2018 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has served as a Notary Public for 15 years.  An inspiring public speaker, she is a Toastmaster and has participated with Toastmaster’s International.  Monika has one son and enjoys traveling, writing, and is a gourmet cook.
